Japanese Dances

Featuring a work by acclaimed New York choreographer Saeko Ichinohe, Three Japanese Dances by Lisa Nowak, and a new Japanese themed piece by our own award-winning choreographer in residence Angelo Lemmo, this performance celebrates the exciting Kimono exhibit at the Canton Museum of Art.  During the evening our audiences will enjoy the excitement of Japanese Samurai, the beauty of the land of cherry blossoms and the thrilling result of the blending of ancient Oriental cultures, traditional, classical ballet, and modern, expressive dance.
