Children's Summer Program 2009

Summer school classes are a great way for current students to maintain their level of training and for new students to enter the School of Canton Ballet program. Classes are offered once a week for an eight-week session for Toddlers through Adults.

Ages 3-6

June 28-July 2 $120

August 9-13

10-12 noon 3-4 year olds

12:30-2:30 5-6 year olds

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

DanceCamp is a week of creative movement classes led by Early Childhood Specialist Julie Mizer Grasse. It includes fun crafts and healthy snacks.

Camp includes
- DanceCamp T-Shirt
- Creative Movement class
- Healthy snacks
- Fun dance related crafts
- Classroom observation

To register for DanceCamp a nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required and will be applied to the total amount due. Space is limited and early registration is encouraged. Call 330.455.7220 to register.

Parents are invited to attend and observe the last day of class.

Early Childhood June 16 - August 4

The child learns to release imagination through rhythm and to enjoy the magic and discipline of movementIn these classes. The teacher is Early Childhood Specialist Julie Mizer Grasse.

In Elementary Ballet children are introduced to classical ballet training appropriate for the physical development of their bodies.
